Apex was selected by the NDDOT, along with our partner SRF, to complete the design and permitting of the reconstruction of Main Avenue from 25^th Street to University Drive in Fargo. The project initially began as a CATEX, but as alternatives were developed, potential impacts from building removal required an Environmental Assessment (EA) to be completed. The EA focused on environmental justice impacts associated with building removals and business relocations. Apex, as the lead EA author, was able to achieve a signed document within 8.5 months of beginning the analysis process.
