This project consists of expanding 20 miles of US 85 to a four-lane highway from the ND 200 intersection to Long X Bridge. The scope of work includes preliminary survey, earthwork, culvert installation and extensions, asphalt pavement, geotechnical analysis for landslide mitigation, right-of-way acquisition, and private utility coordination and relocation. The Apex environmental team lead the environmental coordination for the project, including:

• Aquatic resource delineation and report
• Agency coordination
• Landowner coordination and survey permissions
