She is a Professional Engineer licensed in Minnesota and North Dakota with 21 years of experience in the transportation sector. Georgina is well-versed in rural and urban designs for cities, counties, and MnDOT. She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
