Historical Overview

Apex Engineering Group has partnered with the City of Elbow Lake to provide municipal engineering services since 2012. Serving as the city’s municipal engineer, Apex has assisted the city with capital improvement projects and planning, which have involved:

• Drinking water supply
• Water and wastewater treatment facilities
• Streets and underground utilities
• Storm sewer
• GIS utility mapping

Project Funding

Our experience and knowledge of state and federal low-interest loan and grant programs allow Apex to help the city find, secure, and manage available project funding.

An Extension of Their Staff

The city has relied on Apex to deliver reliable engineering services through all project phases, from planning to design and construction administration to closeout. When they need us, we are an extension of the City of Elbow Lake staff and are always available to help solve problems while remaining mindful of future maintenance and operational needs.
