The City of Detroit Lakes is a growing community of about 10,000 people with plenty of activities and attractions, making it a regional tourism destination. Serving as the City Engineer, Apex is trusted by the City for a wide array of consultation, advice, input, and administrative activities, many of which go well beyond the typical nuts and bolts engineering.
