Matt Kinsella to Manage Minot Office
We’re proud to announce that Matt Kinsella, PE, will lead Apex’s newest office as the Minot, ND Operations Manager, marking an exciting step in the firm’s continued growth. Matt, a professional engineer with 29 years of experience, has been with Apex since its founding in 2010 and brings strong leadership and transportation expertise to this role.
As the Operations Manager, Matt will focus on growing the Minot office and strengthening Apex’s presence in the region. The Minot location is Apex’s seventh office, reinforcing our commitment to serving communities across North Dakota.
