Ryan Kotta brings 15 years of engineering experience to his role as a Sr. Environmental Engineer at Apex Engineering Group. In this new role, he is responsible for planning, design, bidding and project management of water and wastewater projects. Ryan is a certified professional engineer registered in the state of Minnesota and is located in the Apex St. Cloud Office.
