Curtis joined Apex as a Survey Crew Chief with 10 years of civil engineering technology experience. Curtis’ work experience comes from his time at the Cass County Highway Department and NDDOT. He has an associate’s degree in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering Technology from the North Dakota State College of Science.
