Chloe Anderson joins Apex as a graduate engineer in the Fargo water group. She started as an Apex intern in Fall 2019 and worked part-time while earning her degree.  She earned her degree in civil engineering from North Dakota State University. She has prior work experience as a construction inspector for the City of Fargo.
