Chelsea has added a Minnesota Professional Engineer’s license to her professional registrations. She is a civil engineer with 13 years of experience focusing primarily on water resources projects for counties, water resource districts, and the NDDOT. She graduated from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, SD, with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering.
