Apex Receives APWA Large Project of the Year Award

Apex received the North Dakota Chapter’s American Public Work Association’s Large Project of the Year award for the work completed on 13th Avenue South in Fargo. Criteria used in the selection process included sound construction techniques, safety, community relations, protecting the environment, unusual accomplishments, and additional conditions deemed important to the public works agency.
