Jim Letzring
Apex hires Jim Letzring as a Survey Crew Chief in Bismarck. He brings 34 years of experience, including in the construction, oil, and energy industries. Jim served in the Wyoming National Guard and retired as a Major after 27 years. Projects he has been part of include the BNSF Railroad bridge in Bismarck, the Two Track Malting plant east of Bismarck, and a number of ND highway projects. Jim is also an FAA-certified drone pilot.
