Sam Ruppert, PE
Congrats to Sam Ruppert, on earning his PE license in the state of Minnesota. Sam joined Apex in 2019 as a Graduate Engineering in the Detroit Lakes Municipal office. He is a graduate of South Dakota State University, where he earned a master’s degree in civil engineering.
