Levi Clagett
Clagett joins Apex as a Graduate Engineer in the Bismarck water group. He recently graduated from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. His most recent experience was as an engineering intern with the City of Bismarck Engineering Department.
