Apex Welcomes Michael Hulstein as a Lead Structural Bridge Engineer. He brings 10 years of experience in structural engineering of transportation structures and introduces a new service area that strengthens Apex’s ability to serve clients. In this role, Michael will lead structural services and deepen client partnerships. His broad experience in design, inspection, and project delivery enhances our ability to take on complex transportation projects. Michael has managed county and state aid-funded bridge replacement projects across the Midwest and is a licensed professional engineer certified in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Michigan, Montana, and Wisconsin.
